These licenses allow users to use on virtual machines, terminal servers, or using remote desktop protocol (RDP).
You must get one license for each user that will use the software. Once a user checks out a license, that license will be reserved for only that user.
These licenses are managed by License Server software. A network administrator must setup the License Server software and configure client systems to checkout the licenses. Initial setup of the License Server software requires some basic computer administration skills and will take about an hour. The requirements of the system that will host the licenses server software is very minimal. You can setup a virtual machine image to host the license server software.
