How to Open Crystal 2011 Reports

Some users are having trouble opening reports created with SAP Crystal Reports 2011. See this note.

When using SAP Crystal Reports 2011 to design your reports, you should export your reports as a Crystal Report (RPT File) or an encrypted read-only (RPTR) file. The Report Viewer will then open these report files without any issues.
